We are a company founded by SHOOTERS who were fed up with paying a premium for optics that couldn't keep up. That's why we engineered the ARORY red dot to a standard of absolute reliability we’d stake our own safety on. We built it to endure. Our commitment extends beyond the product itself.

How to File a Warranty Claim

Step 1. Ensure Activation: For the quickest service, please make sure your warranty has been activated.

Step 2. Contact Our Team: Email our US-based support team directly at aroryoptics@gmail.com.

Step 3. Describe the Issue: Include the information you used for activation (e.g., your name or email) and a clear description or picture/video of the issue.

Step 4. Receive Your Replacement: Our team will review your claim and, upon approval, ship a brand new optic to you.

Disclaimer

This Ironclad Warranty covers any operational failure of the optic. It does not cover loss, theft, intentional and malicious damage, or cosmetic blemishes that do not affect the optic's functionality and performance. ARORY reserves the right to make the final determination on any warranty claim. Furthermore, any individual found to be abusing our warranty policy through malicious or fraudulent claims will be permanently blacklisted from all future ARORY services and support.
